NEW UK PURCHASING FACILITY FOR DEPAŽ AND ELROŽ PUMPS
An exclusive partnership arrangement allowing customers to purchase the full DEPAŽ and ELROŽ product range from within the UK, has been established by Crane ChemPharma Flow Solutions, and leading national distributor, Tomlinson Hall.
The agreement, in conjunction with the Teesside-based company, will offer a highly efficient, 'one-stop-shop' purchasing and distribution facility to UK customers, and significantly reduce despatch times for DEPAŽ air operated diaphragm pumps and ELROŽ peristaltic pumps.
Demand for both product ranges has grown considerably, especially within the food & beverage, chemical processing, and pharmaceutical industries. This latest move will allow Crane ChemPharma Flow Solutions and Tomlinson Hall to further enhance productivity, provision and market share.
UK Sales Manager, David Lindsay, commented, "Both companies have enjoyed a strong working relationship for some time and this partnership arrangement will give our network of UK distributors a highly efficient and coordinated, ordering and delivery process system for DEPAŽ and ELROŽ pumps.
"All UK orders will now be channelled and despatched through Tomlinson Hall's head office in Teesside, rather than Germany as before, and this streamlined operation will allow us to offer quick turnaround and a next or same day delivery service in most cases. Customers will rapidly realise the benefits of this joint partnership agreement and it will allow us to further enhance our professional customer service."
